Zaro’s Bakery has been known for its black & white cookies for decades. Founded in 1927 by Joseph Zarro in the Bronx and now run by his fourth generation, the bakery has 14 different bakeries in New York and New Jersey. But now the bakery is expanding even further.
The first way the brand is expanding is by adding cookie flavors to the mix. New flavors include Mint Chip, Banana Chocolate Hazelnut, M&M, Birthday Cake and Cookies and Cream.
Mint Chip consists of a chocolate cake cookie with chocolate chip, green peppermint and chocolate icing, Banana Chocolate Hazelnut is a banana nut cake cookie with chocolate hazelnut and banana icing (yes please), M&M Cookies include cookie cakes. Topped with M&Ms, stuffed and covered with vanilla icing.
Birthday Cake Cookies consist of cake cookies with sprinkles and vanilla icing, while Cookies & Cream includes cake cookies (YUM!) filled with chocolate wafers with sweet cream and chocolate icing .
Zaro’s Bakery cookies now available nationwide
Another way the bakery is expanding is by offering a new cookie line nationwide. So you don’t have to live in New York or New Jersey to enjoy Zaro’s cookies.
Cookies are available in three different options: a 12-pack of black & white cookies, a half-and-half option containing one each of seven black & white cookies and new flavors, and an assortment containing two of each. A new cookie flavor. Cookies are $78 via UberEats and can be shipped nationwide.
