I think my favorite part of the whole party was how cute Sissy was in her Jessie costume. Her shirt read “Cowgirls Rock,” and she repeated the words for weeks.


Toy Story birthday favors and games
I decided not to do organized games for little kids, but I did have some Toy Story games for the big kids to play on their own — Toy Story Mania and Toy for the Wii Story Ker Plunk (a car plunk I found at a local consignment shop).
As a keepsake, each child received a Toy Story Pez dispenser with a Toy Story Thank You tag. Also, I was lucky enough to find a red foam cowboy hat at the Dollar Store (for Halloween). With a hole punch and two sizes of white ribbon, I was able to transform it into a Jessie hat for all the girls (and one black Woody hat for the Lorne boy.)

Toy Story Mr. Potato Head Craft
Of all my projects for the party, the Mr. and Mrs. Potato head craft project took the longest to prepare. My sweet husband spent many nights tracing and cutting out parts for me while I worked on other projects.
You never know how well an idea will work with kids, so I was super excited that they loved the project. It was wonderful.

Toy Story photo booth
I love using photo booths for parties because it’s a natural way to take pictures of partygoers and it makes for great memories for everyone. I made a background for (If you don’t have blue walls, you can tape a blue tablecloth to get the same look.)
