1 (10 oz) pack of frozen chopped spinach, refrigerated overnight or thawed in the microwave
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup (1 ounce) finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions (white and green parts, 3 scallions)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
**1 loaf of baguette or French bread (sliced into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces)

Squeeze out any excess water from the spinach and place in a small saucepan.
Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, scallions, salt, and pepper.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the cream cheese is melted and the dip is warm and evenly mixed, about 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal while it’s warm.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
