One of the world’s hottest country music superstars is celebrating his birthday in his hometown.
Orville Peck Known for his fringed mask and whiskey smooth voice. Since the release of his debut album, pony, 2019, he became a global sensation. He has worked with famous stars like Beyoncé, Harry Styles and Diplo.
Few people know that the mysterious man with tattoos is from South Africa and was born in Johannesburg.
“My family left South Africa in 2002 because my father got a job opportunity in Canada. We were really struggling financially. I’m so proud of it and it was really hard to leave.I think the whole family feels that way.In the back of my mind, I knew one day I’d be back,” Orville previously told News24. told Bronwyn McKay of Exclusive interview.
He added: Kids go to Kruger and Pilanesberg. ”

Peck told News24 that some of his favorite homemade treats include biltongs, quesisters and milk tarts. It’s really delicious.I love kexister and my mom makes great milk tarts.We also have a poti pot at home.Everyone thinks they like it.It’s a witch’s cauldron when they come though , they don’t understand what it is.”
