Today is January 4th, and my New Year’s resolution to ride a ten-mile (10-mile) bike a day (I ran five miles on New Year’s Day and haven’t ridden since) is already behind me, and I’m stuck at work, yard work, Put away the Christmas decorations and celebrate the birthdays of members of the San Antonio Spurs.
Doug McDermott turned 31 yesterday.
The Spurs were in New York and his birthday was in between games, so we hope the former Clayton Blue Jay was able to celebrate correctly.
Since joining the Spurs, McDermott has averaged over 10 pints per game. He came off the bench this season as a 3-point assassin batting over 40% for Silver & Black.
His name pops up as Tradebait, but for now the Spurs are wise to keep him close.
