Natasha wanted to make an animated birthday cake that lit up. She got to use her NeoPixel color LED in the cake!!
What’s better than birthday candles? LED animations of course! This video tackles an age-old question: Can LEDs be embedded into her birthday cake?Using a flexible LED matrix and her Arduino, Natasha incorporates the matrix into the cake and adds fondant icing Find a way to diffuse the light with . This is an exciting use case for LEDs and a great birthday cake!
This project uses an Arduino Nano 33 IoT to drive an animation programmed using the Arduino IDE and the Adafruit GFX library. NeoPixels are flexible matrices and strands from Adafruit.
