Danica McKellar is embracing her natural beauty on her birthday.
of Wonder Years The star shared a no-makeup selfie on Instagram to mark her 48th birthday on Tuesday.
In the close-up photo, the actress is wearing no makeup, wearing a maroon sweatshirt, leaning on a pillow and sporting a small smile.
“Hello, 48! ❤️,” McKellar wrote with a selfie. “(This is a must-have #nomakeup, #nofilter shot. 😉)”
The actress continued: Of course, with my newfound faith that many of you have been so encouraging! 🙏❤️🙏.”
McKellar then revealed his secret to staying young and feeling youthful.
“It’s in the attitude…of course, a healthy and clean lifestyle. 🥰Our mind and body are inextricably linked. When we eat well, get enough rest and exercise, I believe that I’ve noticed so much access to the inner joy that makes life fun!”
The mathematician also shared a second tip for staying happy.
“Another secret to life? To be grateful and give back to the world in as many ways as possible. My grandmother always told me, ‘The way to be happy is to make other people happy.’ It is.” Spread it out…🤗❤🤗”
