Michelle, 43, who will be joining the new series of Dancing on Ice this month, posted a snap to Instagram.
The mother of two let her daughter gush with pride when she announced her special day earlier this week.
In one snap, 11-year-old Faith posed with flowers topped on a Chanel-inspired black and white birthday cake.
The young man sported a pink “Birthday Girl” sash and a big smile while pulling his blonde hair back into a ponytail.
The second photo shows Faith and her friends posing for a photo in front of the Ninja Warrior UK Watford entrance.
A third saw her lounging with friends and her 8-year-old brother, AJ.
“My princess turns 11 next week, but in true Heaton style it lasts a week,” Michelle said.
“I can’t believe you’ve grown this big. You’re my best friend. Mom and Dad are so proud of you. Our beautiful, sassy, independent woman.”
Michelle showed further celebrations on her Instagram stories, including a visit to Hertfordshire’s Grove Hotel.
Faith snuggled up to her mother as she looked stylish in blue jeans and a black turtleneck paired with white boots.
Michelle wore a zebra print top and jeans for the special occasion and let her brunette hair flow down to her chest.
She went on to indicate that her daughter was being treated to a delicious plate of desserts as part of her birthday treat.
After posting a shocking photo of Michelle collapsing and being rushed to the hospital.
The star opened up about her alcoholism last year in a shockingly candid post.
Michelle looked swollen and prone in a hospital bed when she flaunted the harsh reality of her addiction two years ago.
Looking battered and bruised, the media personality shared a shocking snap after she collapsed from “active addiction.”
One snap shows Michelle smiling in her hospital bed, and two close ups of her severely bruised eyes.
“Two years ago, this was me…it wasn’t my first or last time being hospitalized,” she wrote in the caption.
“I was collapsing with an active addiction. I was discharged the next day, walked to an unlicensed location, and bought more vodka.
“Do I look crazy? Yes! But that was the only way I knew how to live. So I thought.
“I swore to my comrades, my family, and my doctors that I was recovering. I mean it. But as an addict, I had other plans in mind.
“The new year is a time for all of us to set goals and make resolutions. Why not make it a goal to reach out to someone like me?
“I’ve declined many times, so don’t be discouraged when they say no. The day will come when they’ve had enough.
“If you or someone you know is struggling, help is out there. One day your life will be filled with hope, faith and courage.”

Last year, Michelle opened up about her devastating battle to overcome alcoholism, saying, “I woke up at my lowest point and just wanted to die.
