In 2022, Caribou Coffee will celebrate its 30th anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, the company will be offering a special limited edition birthday cake latte during Birthday Week starting Monday, December 12th.
A celebratory concoction of espresso, steamed milk and cupcake flavors topped with whipped cream and celebratory sugar.
Founders John Puckett and Kim Puckett opened the doors of the first Caribou Coffee on December 14, 1992 in Edina, Minnesota. Today, he has turned into one of the largest coffee chains in the country with over 400 coffeehouses in the United States.

- Ho Ho Mint Mocha – Real chocolate melted in steamed milk combined with espresso and mint flavors. Topped with whipped cream and peppermint.Also available iced, blended, or nitro
- Fa Latte – Espresso and steamed eggnog. Topped with whipped cream and nutmeg.Also available iced or nitro
- Spicy Mocha – Real chocolate melted in steamed milk and combined with flavors of espresso, ancho chili and chipotle. Topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips.Also available iced, blended, or nitro
- Ice crafted press with eggnog cold foam – cold pressed with milk and a little sugar.Served over ice and topped with eggnog cold foam
- Maple Waffle Breakfast Sandwich – Chicken Apple Gouda Sausage, Gouda Cheese and Free Range Eggs sandwiched between 2 maple waffles
- Ho Ho Mint Cake Pops – rich chocolate cake balls with a touch of mint dipped in festive red white chocolate and topped with white pearls
- Gingerbread – Spicy gingerbread pancakes with vanilla icing
