Jamaican-American attorney Michelle Morgan, who hails from the cool hills of Kempshott, St. James, has always wanted to promote her idyllic neighborhood as an ecotourism spot, so she celebrated her 40th birthday over the Christmas holidays. When the day was celebrated, she gathered 40 people. Best friends from Florida, Nevada, California, England and Jamaica celebrated the occasion.
