Ariana and McCleroy were arrested in the early hours of August 13, 20, and have since been charged with several misdemeanors.
The “Don’t Be Late” alum was slapped on charges of DUI, improper/irregular lane changing, and possession/purchasing of alcohol by a minor. She was released from Forsyth County Jail on her $5,120 bail.
McLeroy was also charged with serving alcohol to a minor and violating the terms of his limited driver’s license, as well as a DUI.
However, Ariana’s attorney denied the charges shortly after her client’s arrest became headlines.
“Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. Investigators immediately launched a DUI investigation when police arrived at the scene,” the attorney said in a statement to People at the time.
