Make a crispy and aromatic soffritto for paella base. Achieve texture and flaky lamination on croissants. Delicately combine without breaking the elements of the sauce. Properly temper your chocolate for a glossy finish and a satisfying snap. Front Range has many classes to help you develop these skills and others you want to hone. No desire to be a professional chef is required. All you need is the desire to spend some time relaxing and enjoying yourself.
Now that the post-pandemic restrictions are gone, it’s time to go out and learn new skills. You can take classes by yourself, on a date, with your best friend, with a group of best friends, with your kids (grown up or not), and even with your co-workers. There are some classes that are perfect for any of these groups to savor in the New Year.
